Ahmed Khanou, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Sierra Leone, who welcomed participants and highlighted the importance of the MOU as a framework for cooperation between two leading national sporting institutions. He noted that the agreement establishes a clear pathway for structured anti-doping education and institutional support within football.
